The inaugural Texas InterMedia Experience Festival (TIME Fest) brings together filmmakers, media artists, students, technologists and audiences for three days of innovative storytelling and creative experimentation.
Presented by the Institute for Applied Creativity at Texas A&M University, TIME Fest showcases bold work at the intersection of art, technology and creative experimentation. The festival’s mission is to foster community, experimentation and creative risk-taking through screenings and live experiences.
Experience TIME Fest
Set in and around Downtown Bryan’s historic Queen Theatre, TIME Fest creates a gathering place for artists and audiences to experience new forms of storytelling.
Across three days, the festival moves from immersive 360-degree experiences to curated film and media screenings exploring our relationships with the environment, technology, memory, time and one another.

Immersive Experience

TIME Fest begins with immersive 360-degree media experiences presented in Texas A&M University’s Igloo Studio.
360 Degree Media Screenings
Selected immersive projects surround audiences with image, sound and experimental digital environments, expanding storytelling beyond the traditional screen.

Screening at the Queen Theatre
Queen Theatre, BryanThe festival continues at the historic Queen Theatre in Downtown Bryan with four thematic programs and a special awards screening.
Elemental
Exploring land, water, weather, ecology, growth and environmental instability, this program reflects on humanity’s relationship with an increasingly fragile natural world.
Between Us
A collection of works examining bodies, identity, intimacy, belonging, memory and the relationships that shape our lives.
Machine Dreams
Films and media investigating technology, algorithms, constructed realities, systems, signals and the evolving boundaries between human and digital consciousness.
Afterimages
Works centered on time, memory, history, loss, transformation, resistance and what remains.
Awards Screening
The festival culminates with a special screening featuring award-winning selections. Awards will be announced live, followed by an audience Q&A with filmmakers, creating a unique opportunity for artists and audiences to engage directly in conversations about process, innovation and the future of media storytelling.
TIME FEST AT FIRST FRIDAY
On Friday, Nov. 6, TIME Fest joins the energy of Downtown Bryan’s First Friday, bringing festival screenings into one of the region’s most vibrant monthly arts and cultural events.
